Vocal Lessons

Singing Lessons

At Deakin Music, we offer one to one vocal lessons for all ages and abilities. Lessons are tailored to the individual needs of each student. During lessons, students will explore a range of different styles and genres including: Rock, Pop, Jazz, Musical Theatre and Classical. All of our teachers are highly experienced with 100% pass rate with students who have taken singing exams. Exams can be taken with, ABRSM, LCM or Trinity College.

Instrumental Lessons

Our experienced teachers here at Deakin Music offer instrumental tuition on the following instruments: Piano, Keyboard, Guitar, Bass, Drums, Woodwind, Brass and Strings. Lessons can be taken for pleasure or with the outlook of taking exams. Exams can be taken with, ABRSM, LCM or Trinity College.

Acting Lessons

Acting Lessons

At Deakin Music, we offer acting tuition for people of all ages and abilities. All of our acting teachers are industry professionals and are highly experienced teachers, enabling us to offer graded acting exams and also extra tuition for those studying academic qualifications at either school or college. We can also provide audition preparation for students applying to drama school or university. This could include; support writing personal statements, choosing repertoire/material, monologue/song direction and mock auditions. Exams can be taken with LCM or Trinity College.

Dancing Groups

Drama Group

We are delighted to be starting our Drama group this autumn for children from 4 years - 9 years. In these sessions, students will look at the main 3 areas of performing arts; Singing, Acting and Dance. These groups will be on a Monday evening in Dawley, Telford. This group will be run by our Singing Teacher Chloe, who is a professional singer and dancer. Chloe has much experiance working on professional shows and pantomimes.
